Why start anonymously?
You might not want to share your email before trying an app. With an anonymous account you can take tests, browse Discover and get to know the app right away.
Limits of an anonymous account
For safety, anonymous accounts can't upload photos, share posts/statuses or leave trails, and an 'Anonymous' badge always appears next to their name. Some users may turn off likes and messages from anonymous accounts.
Nickname and bio
Even anonymously you can set a nickname and a short bio, so the people you chat with get to know you a little while your identity stays private.
What happens if you log out?
Since an anonymous account has no email or password, logging out permanently deletes your account and all its data. People you chatted with will see 'this account no longer exists'.
Make your account permanent
If you like the app, set an email and password in your profile settings to turn your anonymous account into a permanent one; your coins, matches and messages are kept.
